1lb 93% fat free ground turkey breast1 Can Stewed tomatoes (undrained)1 Can Black Beans (undrained)1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans (Partially Drained)1 Can Chili Beans1 Can Green Giant White Corn (undrained)1 Packet Taco Seasoning1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix. (powder)1 Can Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chiles (undrained)+ Dash of Cumin.
Brown the turkey meat in the dutch oven or large pot. Add the seasonings from the two packets; then start adding all of the cans. You don't need to drain any. Serve with chips, sour cream and/or avocado (cals. for these extras NOT included). Enjoy!
I calculated this recipe to make 6 very hearty servings. (1.5 cups?), but if you make it into 8 servings, then there are only 201 cals. per serving. (A cup?) I guess it depends on how hungry you are!
