Ingredients
1-1 1/2 lb ground beef1/4 c. chopped onion1 can tomato paste1 large can stewed tomatoes2 cups watersalt & pepper to taste2 tbsp.oregano 2 cloves garlic
Directions
brown beef, onion and garlic, drain. Stir in tomato paste. Add tomatoes, water, s&p, oregano and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15-30 minutes.
