Tandoori Chicken Roll Ups

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts-32 ozs.12 ozs plain, nonfat yogurt1 tbsp. ground cumin1 tbsp. dried oregano1-2 tsp salt .5 tsp black pepper1 tsp red pepper flakes3 cloves garlic2 tbsp ginger root2 cucumbers, peeled, seeds removed1 cup cider vinegar.5 cup splenda
Process ginger and garlic in food processor, add yogurt, and spices. Process until fairly smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup for sauce, marinate chicken with remaining yogurt sauce. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes. Grill on high heat until done (4 minutes/side).
Peel cucumbers, cut lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice cucumbers thinly. Combine sugar and vinegar, put cucumber slices in vinegar solution.
Slice chicken thinly.
Serve chicken on tortilla with cucumber salad and yogurt sauce.
