Mash baked sweet potatoes , add cream cheese , a little nutmeg. Put a teaspoon of mixture in won ton and seal with egg white. Fry in olive oil or cook in water. Make a sauce from Balsamic vinegar, thyme and butter. Drizzle over cooked raviolis.
