Pizza Night

Ingredients
Some suggestions for doctoring up your pizza - saute an 8 oz, package of sliced mushrooms, with diced green and/or red pepper. At the end of sauteing, add a cup or two of baby spinach leaves (from the prewashed bag) to wilt. If you'd like, add some precooked turkey or chicken sausage (6 oz. is plenty to cover the pizza). Meanwhile, pour the marinara (or sauce of your choice) over the crust. add the saute, then top with a cup of part skim mozzerella. Make a big salad, dinner is served!
Directions
After assembling pizza, bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes.
