All purpose flour - 2 cupsghee - 3 tbspsaltajwain (carom/ caraway seeds) - 1 tbspsooji- 1/4 cup
Add ghee, salt and ajwain in the flour and mix them.
knead into a thick dough with water(0.25cup or less)
make 30 small round balls
flatten them by hand into 1.5 to 2 inch patties
heat 1 cup oil on medium heat
shallow fry the patties for 5-8mins
drain oil on paper
