Beer and Cheese Soda bread

Ingredients
* *King Arthur Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 2 cup (remove) * *Raw sugar, 6 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove) * *Beer, Dark Ale, 12 oz (remove) * *Dubliner Irish Cheese, 8 oz coarsely chopped (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Mix flour and sugar. Sift in baking soda. Add cheese. Add beer and blend well. Bake for 45 minutes. if top starts getting too brown, cover it with foil. Remove bread from pan and let cool 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
