Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 chicken breast, skinned and boneless, chopped Whole Grain Noodles (I used Rottini) 1 can of cream of chicken soup2 cans of chicken brothabout 1/4 of a cup of chopped onion (you can use more or less to taste)Mixed Vegatables (what kind and how much is up to you, I used Healthy Colors Steamed Veggies from Green Giant)
Directions
Place Chopped Chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, and vegatables in the crock pot together. Add other seasonings if you would like. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours, about 20 minutes before it's done separately cook your noodles, then drain and add to the crock pot.
