Coconut mik 3 cansRed chile sauce 2 tbsNatural Peanut Butter 2 tbsBasmati rice 3 cups rawyellow onion 1 lg onionred peppers 2Pineapple chunks 1 canFish sauce 1 tbsSarachi fire sauce to tasteMongolian Fire oil to tastePotatoes 2-3 large cut upSplendaTamarand Sauce 1 tbsBoneless Chicken breast 3 breasts
In Wok: add coconut milk, pepper sauce, fish sauce, tamarand, sarachi and mongolian fire oil. Add Peanut butter. Mix and pt under medium heat, Sweeten to taste. Add chicken, onions, peppers and potatoes. Cook until chicken finished. Add can pineapple with juice. Heat until hot. Serve over basmati rice.
