2 cans 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup1 cup water4 large carrots sliced1 box (6 oz) uncooked Uncle Ben's original recipe long grain and wild rice 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (mine weighed about 2 lbs raw)
Stir the soup, water, carrots, rice and seasoning packet in a 9x13 inch casserole. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
