Quorn Veggie Chilli

Ingredients
Quorn MInce,Red ONion,1 cal olive oil spraypeppersaltTin TomatosJar of Loyd Grossman fiery chilli saucecinnamonchilli powderoreganogreen bell pepper
Directions
Heat the oil and fry off the spices,
Add the onion and soften
Add the quorn mince and coat in the oil, spices and onion, cook for around 5 minutes,
Add the pepper and cook for another 5 mins
Add the sauce and tomatoes and allow to simmer for 15 mins
Add additional salt and pepper and spices to taste

Serve with brown rice or tortillas (not included in nutrional info!)
