Yogurt and Condensed milk Kuchen

Ingredients
Crust2 cups white all purpose flour1/2 cup powdered sugar1 tbsp baking powder1/3 cup margarine, room temperature1/4 water (aproximately)Filling1-14 0z can condensed milk1-4 oz container plain whole yogurt2 eggs, separated1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp of water1/3 cup orange juice or lemon juice or a combination of both
Directions
1. Preheat oven. Butter and flour a 10" pan
2. Sift dry ingredients for crust. Add margarine and blend until the mixture looks like sand. I use a fork
3. Add water a little at a time until the sandy mixture holds together. You will probably need to add a little more de 1/4 water
4. Spread the dough on the pan with your fingers as evenly as possible. Poke holes in the crust with a fork and put in oven for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool slightly while you are making the filling.
6. Beat egg whites to hard peaks
7. Mix remaining ingredients for the filling and then gently fold in egg whites.
8. Pour filling into cooled crust and take to oven for another 20 min.
9. Once you insert a knife into the center and it comes out clean, turn off the oven and let cool.
