Ingredients
Aldi Half Pork Loin SS = 4 oz = 112 g, 1329 gram(s) (remove) Water, tap, 16 fl oz (remove) Gefro Suppe (Powder) 1 T = 20 gr, 7 gram (remove) Extra Virgin Olive Oil Filippo Berio, 5.28 tbsp (remove) Onions, raw, 161 grams (remove) Garlic, 21 grams (remove) Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove) Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove) Oregano, ground, 2 tsp (remove) NoSalt, Sodium Free Salt Alternative, 3 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except water and GEFRO and spread over roast, patting it down on both sides. Place Roast in slow cooker and add the water/GEFRO mix. Cook on low 8 - 10 hrs or high 4 - 6 hrs.
Add Potatoes and Carrots in the last 3 hours (or cook separately to serve with roast) - Not included in Calorie count.
