Pork Roast with Apples and Pears

Ingredients
2.4 lb. Pork Roast (caution-calories will change based on your size of roast. For this calculation, I had a 2.4 lb. Roast)1 cup apple juice1 apple1 pear1 small onion
Directions
Place roast in your crock pot. Pour apple juice over top. Slice apple and pear and place in crock pot. Dice onion and toss it all around the roast. Set on low and cook for 8 hours.

Serve apples and pears over the pork with a side of asparagus. Yum!
