Quick Green Lentils Dosa-Crepe

Ingredients
1 Cup Green Lentils (soaked for 2 hours)1/5 Cup Brown Rice (soaked for 2 hours)1 Tsp Ginger Root1 Tsp Green Chili (more or less depending on your taste)1/2 Tsp Salt (more or less depending on your taste)8 Tsp Cooking Oil (use about 1 tsp for each 6-inch crepe)
Directions
Grind soaked lentils and rice with the other ingredients together into a batter. Heat griddle. Make crepes. Makes about 8 6-inch crepes or 12 pancake-sized crepes. Use 1 teaspoon of oil on each dosa-crepe.

Serve plain or with Tahini-Yogurt chutney (mix tahini + yogurt, season with salt and your favorite spices).
