chicken and homemade noodles

Ingredients
chicken 3 cups mixed1 cup flour1 egg4 c chicken broth1 c milkonions, 1/4 cparsley 1 tbs
Directions
boil a chicken and the onions till chicken falls off bones. remove bones and skin from chicken. measure out 3 cups of chicken. (I freeze the cooked breasts for another meal) put broth in fridge till fat is congealed on top and remove fat. mix flour and egg, knead into stiff dough, roll thin, slice. Add milk and parsley to broth. Boil noodles till tender, 30 min. add chicken, heat through. Thicken broth with a little flour if desired.
