1 Cup Onion Chopped2 Tomatoes chopped2 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp salt1 Tbs Conola Oil1/2 tsp Lemon Juice3 cups Chickpeas1 cup water
heat olive oil in pan, and saute onion. Add spices and allow them to heat gently until fragrant. Add tomato paste and stir well, until paste takes on a little color. Add chick peas and water, turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, top with cilantro and chopped fresh tomato and serve.
