Marysia's Chili con carne

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean (16 oz)0.5 cup chopped onions2 cups prepared red kidney beans2 cups diced tomatoes1 cup water1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a non-stick pan. Add chopped onion and cook on high heat till carmelized . Add kidney beans, tomatoes, 1 cup of water and 1 tsp chili powder. Cover and simmer for 45 min.-
