spinach and lamb curry

1 lb. lean lamb cubed (can use chicken or beef)2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach1 medium onion, diced1 tsp garlic1 tsp ginger1/2 tsp salt (to taste)1/2 tsp red chilli pepper (to taste)1/2 tsp turmeric2 tbsp olive oil1 cup water
In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients close the lid and cook under pressure for about 10 min. After the pressure is released open lid and stirring occasionally simmer on medium low heat for another 5-7 min.
