Ingredients:Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)Egg Yolk, 3 large (remove)Margarine, hard, 1 stick (remove)Coconut, sweetened, 1.33 cup (remove)Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Combine first four ingredients, add vanilla.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 12 minutes.) Add coconut and chopped pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread.
