Tofu "egg" salad

Ingredients
*Naturally Preferred Organic Extra Firm Tofu, 2 serving (remove)*Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)*Kraft Light Mayo with Olive Oil 1TBSP= 1 Serv, 2 serving (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Vlasic Sweet Relish, 1TBSP, 2 tsp (remove)Curry powder, .5 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Crumble up your tofu and then add all the other ingredients and mix together well. Serve on a light bread for a wonderful and filling but not too heavy meal. Makes 3 servings.
