Potatoe Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 package (4.9 ounce) Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes4 cups lowfat/ low sodium chicken broth1 small onion chopped1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli1/4 tsp pepper2 cups fat free half and half1/3 cup flour
Directions
Combine potatoes and sauce mix from package with chicken broth, onion, broccoli and pepper in Slow-cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours. Whisk together half and half with flour in small bowl. Add to slow-cooker, stir until combined. Cover and cook one more hour. Makes about 6 one cup servings.
