Chicken Chow Mein (Mom's recipe)

Ingredients
Ingredients: * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, small (5" long) (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 5.25 tbsp (remove) * Ginger, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove) * Fancy Chinese Mixed Vegetables (1 serv = 1/2 cup), 10.5 serving (remove) * Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices (remove) * Bamboo shoots, raw, .5 cup (1/2" slices) (remove) * *Flour, white, 0.125 cup (remove) * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Chicken Broth, 9.75 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces
Brown chicken in skillet with olive oil
Put chicken and all remaining ingredients in large pot & cook for 30 - 45 minutes (until all vegetables are tender)
In small bowl, combine flour with a little bit of water; add mixture to pot & stir
Let the chow mein sit for a few more minutes to thicken
