Ingredients
3 cans of pinto/black beans (any combination totaling 3)2 cans of Rotel mild tomatoes1 can of whole kernel corn 1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing1 pkg of low sodium dry taco seasoning 1 pkg of frozen soy crumbles
Directions
Pour all contents in a pot and simmer. Don’t drain vegetables, pour in juice and all.
