Ingredients
Ingredients:93% Lean Ground Beef,1 poundVegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 2 cup *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 4 tbsp *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 2 Cup
Directions
Sauteee the hambuger and rinse under hot water to remove fat.
In food processor, chop celery and red pepper, Mix all ingredients, into crockpot and simmer, for 3 hours
Can add salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, and other seasonings to taste
