1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 t red pepper1/2 t salt1 1/2 t thyme, fresh1/2 t curry powder8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs2 t garlic, minced1 C chopped pecans3/4 c honey, divided3/4 c dijon mustard, dividedCombine first four ingredients. Sprinkle over chicken. Sitr together 1/2 c honey, 1/2 cup mustard and garlic, pour over chicken. Cover and chill 2 hours.Remove chicken from marinade, discard. Dredge chicken in pecans. Place on a lightly greased rack in an aaluminum foil-lined broker pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes until done. Stir together remaining 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 c mustard and curry powder. Serve.
