Chicken Salad (not traditional)

Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin1 large Hard Boiled Egg2 Avocados, California fruit without skin and seeds 1 tbsp Lemon juice1 tsp Pepper, black1 tsp Garlic
Directions
Chop the egg up and put it in a mixing bowl. Chopped the chicken ( I had the chicken left from baking it the day before) up with a knife or blender. Then add it to the mixing bowl. Then in the blender or hand mixer, mix the rest of the ingredients. It make almost like a creamy mayo. Then mix all together. I served mine on the whole wheat thin bun. (not included in nutritional information) Makes (5) 2.5 oz of mixure.
