Yogurt Mustard Rice ( dahi chawal)

Ingredients
White rice- Long grain ( 2 cups)Yogurt- non-fat, plan (0.75 cup)turmeric powder ( 0.5 tsp)Onions- raw (1 cup)Salt ( 1tsp or as per your taste)Mustard seeds ( BLACK) 1tbsVegetable oil ( 1tbs)
Directions
1. Dice the onions in small square pieces.
2. In a Pan ( or Pressure Cooker) add 1tbs oil and let it heat.
3. once hot add Mustard seeds and allow them to pop.
4. add onions and saute them untill light in color.
5.Add 4 cups water to it and add salt and then add yogurt. Mix them well.
6. Add Rice to it.
7.Close the lid of pressure cooker and let it whistle 2 times.
8. Alternatively, Once the Mixture is ready, Put it in a rice cooker untill cooked.
