Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced3/4 cup light olive oil2 teaspoons dried basil2 teaspoons bacon salt hickory flavor2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoons liquid smoke4 (6oz) fillets salmon
Directions
1.To prepare mix all ingredients except salmon in a large pan. Add salmon, cover and let set refrigerated for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
2. preheat oven to 375 degrees F
3 Place Pan in oven covered and bake 35 - 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork
