Baby Spinach-Ranch Dip

Ingredients
2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt9 ounces baby spinach1 packet ranch dip (i.e. Hidden Valley)1-3 teaspoons lemon zest (optional)
Directions
Process spinach and yogurt in food processor, until spinach is well pureed. Stir in ranch dip mix, as well as zest, if using. Allow dip to firm up 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Enjoy with carrots, celery, pretzels, etc.
