Autumn Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch medallions2 medium apples, cored and diced1 medium onion, diced2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced2 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp Sugar Free Peach or Apricot Preserves1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir to evenly coat pork with other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serves 8.
