Ingredients
2 Jars of Tikka Masala Curry (You can find this at any World Market)2 pounds of chicken breasts, bones removed is easiestbasmati ricepre-made garlic nan
Directions
Cut the chicken into small pieces and cook in pan with some cooking spray until browned.
Follow cooking directions for rice during the meantime. Please note that basmati rice is not like regular rice. Read the instructions carefully before starting to cook! One the chicken is cooked, add Patak's sauce and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes. While simmering, warm nan according to directions. DELICIOUS!
Feel free to add veggies like mushrooms, spinach and chickpeas. They go delicious as well!
