sandy's bacon, ranch and chicken mac and cheese

Ingredients
13.25 oz box whole wheat elbow pasta2 slice applewood bacon18 oz chicken breast cut in 1/2 inch pieces2 tbs butter2 tbs flour3 cups skim milk2/3 cup campbells 98% fat free cream mushroom soup, undiluted6 oz 2% milk mozzarella cheese1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp dill1 tsp salt4 ounces 2% milk colby jack cheese
Directions
cook pasta to directions
cook bacon to crisp, remove from pan, add chicken to bacon fat cook til done. finely chop bacon
melt butter on large saucepan
add flour cook 2 minutes whisking constantly
combine soup and milk
slowly add milk and soup to pan
bring to boil while whisking.
cook 2 minutes til thick
remove from heat add mozzarella and seasoning
combine pasta and chicken with cheese sauce
pour into sprayed 13 x 9 pan
top with bacon and jack cheese
put under broiler for 3 minutes until cheese melts
