Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon desired amount on to a greased pre-heated griddle. They should be about 4 inches in diameter. cook until bottom is cooked, then flip, approx 3-4 minutes each side. Serve hot with maple syrup & fresh fruit.
