Fresh Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli2 oz. cheddar crumbled, cubed, or shredded1/4 red onion chopped 1/2 c. carrot, chopped or shredded1/3 c. (6 Tbsp) Light Ranch Dressing
Directions
Clean and chopped broccoli into florets. Combine all ingredients and serve. This salad is better after having set in the fridge overnight. You can subsitute a different cheese per your taste as well as dressing, but the dressing should be creamy.

Makes about 6 one cup servings.
