1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup raw rice1/4 cup chopped onions1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce1 Cup water
Mix beef, rice, onions and seasonings. Form into small balls. Brown, turning frequently until light brown and not crusty. Add tomato sauce and water and mix well. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
