Lentil Soup with Swiss Chard

Ingredients
1 ½ cups lentils6 cups water2 cubes vegetable bouillon ½ tsp. Liquid smoke2 cups Swiss Chard, chopped1 large onion, chopped1 cup carrots, chopped2 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. flour½ cup lemon juice½ tsp. CuminSalt/Pepper to taste
Directions
Clean and wash lentils thoroughly. Place lentils in pot, add water and simmer for 30 minutes (covered). Add vegetable bouillon, liquid smoke, Swiss chard, chopped onions and carrots. Cover and simmer for 50 minutes, or until tender (you may need to add more water).

Mix flour with oil and lemon juice. Add to the cooking mixture to thicken soup. Season with salt, peper and cumin. Simmer for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
