Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive Oil2 Med Onion5 Med Carrots1 lb Ground Turkey1 lb Ground Beef1 can Pasta Sauce1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes3 c beef stock2 Tbs Minced Garlic3 bay leaves2 Tbs Paprika2 Tbs Cumin1 Stalk Celery (Large)2 med bell peppers2 med Red Potatoes (diced)8 c Water4 Tbs Emeril Seasoning
Directions
Dice onions and carrots, saute in large stock pan with olive oil. Add turkey and beef, cook in full. Mix in remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve and enjoy!
