Pumpkin Spice Bread

2.5 c flour, unbleached all-purpose2 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda1.5 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cloves1/4 tsp salt1/4 c. Butter3/4 c Sugar1/2 c Brown Sugar, packed2 Eggs1egg white1 7/8 c. pumpkin Puree1/3 c plus 2 T nonfat pain yogurt (or buttermilk)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and egg white and beat until blended. Add pumpkin and yogurt and beat until smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture and beat until blended.
Pour batter into pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
