Ham & Apple Salad with Yogurt Dressing

3 med apples - peeled and sliced2 cups ham - cubed1 stalk celery - chopped4 oz (1/4 lb) walnut halves4 oz cheese - cubed1/2 cup plain yogurt - low fatjuice & zest from 1/2 lemon1 garlice clove - minced1 tbsp olive oilpinch of pepper
Combine apples, ham, walnuts and celery with the dressing. Toss to mix. Add cheese.
Spread lettuce into four deep plates (or bowls). Top with the apple/ham mix.
Yogurt Salad Dressing
Combine yogurt with the juice & zest from 1/2 a lemon. Add garlic, olive oil and pepper (to taste).
