Fried Okra Salad

Ingredients
1/2 medium onion diced small1 medium tomato diced smallwhite vinegar3 cups sliced okra1/2 tsp saltcornmeal
Directions
Chop onion and tomatoes and put in a small bowl. Cover with vinegar and set aside. Slice okra and roll in cornmeal and fry in hot oil until brown. Drain Okra on paper towel. Pour the vinegar off the tomatoes and onions, discard vinegar. Add onions and tomatoes with the okra in a serving bowl. Serve warm
