Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups of raw baby spinach- 1 T of wheat germ- 1/2 frozen or fresh banana- 1/2 apple, green*- 1 cup of Soy Milk, Vanilla*can substitute blueberries
Directions
Place Wheat Germ and Spinach into blender.
Add sliced banana and apple chunks.
Pour Soy milk on top of it all and blend on low for 30 sec, then med-high for 1-2 min until smooth.

Makes one serving.
