Ingredients
2 oz whole wheat pasta (about 3/4 cup)1/2 green pepper, diced1/2 red pepper, diced2 scallions, diced1/2 cup black beans1 medium tomato, diced2 oz feta cheese, diced1 tsp Olive Oil1 tsp Balsamic vinegardash saltdash garlic saltdash oregano
Directions
Cook pasta, drain and rinse under cold water. Toss all ingredients together. Makes 2 servings.
