Tofu pho

Ingredients
1 tbsp gia vi pho ga1 block tofu dusted in 1 tbsp cornstarch0.5 c sliced zucchini0.5 c sliced summer squash0.5 c red bell pepper0.5 c carrots1 package rice noodles4 c waternori
Directions
Boil rice noodles per package directions. Set aside.

In one pan, sauté tofu. Set aside.

In the other pan, sauté the vegetables until soft. Add pho soup base and toss vegetables in it. Add water and bring to boil.

Place noodles and tofu into bowl and pour broth and vegetables on top. Garnish with nori.
