Chicken Taco Stew

1 onion, chopped1 16oz can of kidney beans1 16oz can black beans1 8oz can tomato sauce2 14.5 cans of diced tomatoes1 1.25 oz packet low sodium taco seasoning2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix everything (except the chicken) together in a slow cooker. Lay the chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, remove the chicken and shred. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir in. This is good topped with shredded cheese and served with sour cream and tortilla chips.
