Cosmo Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)Ground Turkey, 1.5 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Light Beer, 12 fl oz (remove)*Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 5 serving (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)Tomato Paste, .75 can (6 oz) (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Makes approximately 10 1 cup servings.
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Cook until onion is translucent, about 10 min. Add turkey, and cook until browned, about 7 to 10 min, using wooden spoon to break up lumps. Add spices, and stir. Add beer, and cook 10 more min. Add beans and tomatoes, and cover. Reduce heat, and simmer for an hour.
Stir in tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for an additional 20 min.
