Ingredients
2lb. part skim ricotta cheese1 eggs beaten1 jar pasta sauce1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells2 cups 2% mozarella cheese0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
cook shells according to box directions

mix 0.25 cup parmesean cheese, 1 cup mozarella cheese, 15 oz. ricotta cheese, 1 beaten eggs, and any spices with hand mixer.

in baking dish, put a little bit of sauce on the bottom. fill cooked shells with cheese mixture and line pan with filled shells. top with remainder of sauce and mozarella cheese. bake in oven at 350 for 30 min.
