Jims Carribean Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, 3-4*Pineapple Chunks 1 can*ALDI Dakota's Pride Black Beans 1 can*Corn, canned Aldi, 1 canBanana, 1 medium *Rotel mild tomatoes and green chilis 10 oz can*Green Onion, 1 tbsp *Peppers, red .25-.5 cup*Garlic- "Just Garlic Roasted Garlic", 1 oz *Bragg Raw-Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp (*"Great Value" Ketchup 1/4 cupBrown Sugar,2 tbsp*worchester sauce, 2 tsp *Orange Juice - Simply Orange, .25 cup Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, .25 tbspCloves, ground, .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Allspice, .25 tsp Sage, ground, .25 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp Cornstarch, .25 cup Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut chicken into strips
coat non-stick skillet with cooking spray
saute chicken, green onions,red pepper and garlic

combine vinegar pineapple juice, orange juice,ketchup,brown sugar, Worcester Sauce,spices, cornstarch, and parsley.
add pineapple beans,corn, banana, and rotel.
Pour spice mixture in, stir till coated , cook over low heat until done.
Serve with Brown Rice..
