Brown Sugar Ice Cream

Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked short grain brown rice1 cup reduced fat plain yogurt1 cup non fat soy milk1/2 cup brown sugar2 tbsp golden flax meal1 tsp lemon zest1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until rice begins to break apart. Pour into an air-tight, freezable container. Freeze for 3-4 hours, or until firm.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
