Ingredients
2.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 fl oz White Wine (optional)2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tbsp Kraft Grate-It-Fresh Parmesan Cheese14.5 oz Vegetables Canned: hunts diced tomatoes /basil, garlic & oregano 14.5 oz12.0 oz Chicken, Rotissiere, Walmart/Marketside Traditional8.0 oz Fresh Mushrooms
Directions
Debone and skin chicken set aside. In a large skillet add, olive oil, garlic, onions and saute until tender, add wine and mushrooms cook until liquid is reduced by half, add chicken, tomatoes and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste cook about 10 minutes, serve over cooked whole wheat spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese .
